After receiving the 3 Shea body butters, I tried the fragrance free first, I found the texture heavy and not pleasant to apply. At the end of the day my skin was dry so the next day I tried the coconut one to see if that was any better. It was not. I have emailed 3 times and called the phone number but could only leave a voicemail which I did asking for a call back. Still no response. One of the 3 pots is unopened and I would like to return for a refund. I feel very disappointed that my emails and call have been ignored and I am now left with 3 pots of unsatisfactory body butters that will not be used.
