As a guide, our products (body butters) typically have a shelf life of 12-24 months dependent on care and storage of the product. It is commonly accepted though not definitive that these products can remain in good condition beyond 24 months if stored correctly. The key factors that can degrade the products (mainly through oxidation) and therefore largely determine the shelf life of the products are prolonged exposure to oxygen, direct sunlight and heat. Therefore we recommend that to achieve maximum shelf life products should be stored in a cool, dark place with the lid firmly attached to achieve an airtight seal. For the reasons described above and particularly because of the significant effect of the care taken in storing products we are unable to give definitive shelf life/best before dates on our products and where shelf life/best before information is given it is intended as a guide only. In all instances customers should check that they are happy with the quality of a product before use particularly if that product has been in storage for more than a month or may have been exposed to heat, direct sunlight or oxygen during storage.

Handling Surcharges All orders below £50 (fifty UK pounds) excluding VAT will be subject to a fixed £5 (five UK pounds) Small Order surcharge. To avoid this surcharge, increase your shopping cart value above £50. Note: Subsequent returns of items may incur this surcharge if your order would then drop below the surcharge limit. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once your order has been received we will send you confirmation. This confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us it is purely to let you know that we have received your order. Our website is updated on a regular basis and since we are only human we have included this term to protect us in the the event that any pricing mistakes have been made, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you to let you know and confirm you wish to go ahead before we proceed with the order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail.

All UK orders qualify for free shipping with the below exceptions. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders are sent using the most economic method – for all orders this is usually a 24 hour courier delivery service. Pallet deliveries and deliveries to NI and UK highlands and islands will usually take an additional 1 working day to deliver. Non-delivery and Redirection Fees Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you. Non-UK Deliveries We are able to offer competitive delivery prices throughout most of Europe. Please check the delivery calculator in our shipping cart to calculate delivery charges to your destination. Non-Deliveries If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs. Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded – proof of postage costs will be required. All our goods are posted insured. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs. Unopened, unused goods returned within 30 days will be refunded.
